Responsibilities include:
%uFFFD Provide quality customer service
%uFFFD Ensure store adheres to all policy and procedure regarding operations and security
%uFFFD Ensure all financial goals/targets are met for the store
%uFFFD Drive revenue using local area marketing tools and any corporate-wide marketing plans
%uFFFD Develop a network of contacts within your local community.

Job Requirements:
Preferably 2 years retail supervisory experience, Excellent organization and team management skills, self reliant/ self starter, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good analytical skills, excellent role model and leader, able to motivate and get results from others, unquestionable integrity, able to adapt to a changing business environment and committed to providing outstanding customer service. Spanish speaking is a plus!
