In 1983 Guarantee Financial Corporations expanded its services by opening Guarantee Real Estate with 45 Sales Associates. Since that time, Guarantee has grown to be the largest real estate firm in the Central Valley. We have helped more people buy or sell homes than any other local real estate broker.
Our sales achievement is proof that we have the "know-how" to get the job done. Again in 2005, Guarantee Real Estate out-performed every other local broker, representing 20.8%* of the market.
