OUR PAST

Emanuels history dates back to 1917 when dedicated Turlock physicians, clergy and generous donors established the original Emanuel Hospital to care for the families of this new community. Generations later, our commitment to family-centered care hasnt changed. Relocated in 1966, we continued to expand and develop into one of the regions finest medical centers. We now serve much of the Central Valley with the same compassion and integrity of our founders.

OUR PRESENT

Our not-for profit, community-based Christian medical center serves the medical needs of our community with a 221 bed acute care hospital, a 145 bed skilled nursing facility, a 49 bed assisted living facility, plus numerous outpatient and community health services, serving over 150,000 patients and residents each year. The Critical Care Center offers state of the art emergency and critical care facilities. The Emanuel Medical Plaza features The Stanford Emanuel Radiation Oncology Center.
