Job Description:
The City of Bakersfield is currently seeking an experienced individual to join our Finance team as a Real Property Agent II. The ideal candidate will have background in the appraisal and acquisition of property, facility leasing, maintenance of property inventory, and sale of surplus real property within a public/governmental agency. This exciting opportunity will be an ideal fit for an individual that is a self-starter and operates under a strong work ethic.
