Job Description:
Full Time DIRECT HIRE opportunity with our Manufacturing client who has been well established in Stanislaus County and is seeking an experienced Business Improvement Manager.

This position requires a Bachelors of Science Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Industrial.

The Business Improvement Manager is responsible for key objectives of safety, environmental compliance, quality, scrap minimization and productivity.

The position has direct responsibility for building, documenting and implementing standard work certification processes and other elements of Work System Enhancements.

Implements and maintains quality systems that ensure procedures and processes that meet manufacturing specifications and customer requirements. Develop strategies to continuously improving the quality of products and services.

Develops and writes training programs to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
5-10 years experience in related field
B.S. in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Industrial a MUST!
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of product.
Business planning and problem solving skills.
Strong team player, interpersonal and communication skills.
